The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra runs on Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. This octa-core CPU is based on 4 nm lithography which ensures that the CPU consumes very less power and produces less heat during extensive tasks.
The Adreno 740 GPU is embedded in this chipset. The GPU is designed to produce a smooth gaming experience. Even heavy games like Call of Duty, and PUBG can run smoothly on this GPU – even in high resolution.

The primary camera of this smartphone is a 200 MB camera with f/1.7 sartre. The size of the lens used in the camera is 24mm. This camera comes with multiple cool features like Optical Image Stabilization, Laser Auto Focus, etc.
Another important camera of this phone is a 10 MP periscope telephoto camera which gives an option for 10x optical zoom.
The next camera is a 12 MP ultrawide camera having an aperture of f/2.2. Though the camera has no OIS support, it has EIS support. The dynamic range of the camera is impressive.

The device also supports wireless charging at 15 watts per hour. You can also charge other mobile devices from the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra with its 4.5 watts wireless reverse-charging.
The S-pen is the most unique feature of the Samsung S series phones. Like, any other phone from the Samsung S series – this one also comes with a dedicated S-pen that has a whole bunch of features.
