Deloitte Digital Australia acquires three consultancies – AdNews

Deloitte Digital says it will become Australia’s largest provider of marketing technology and digital experience offerings, with the addition of three new consulting teams teams, growing to a 1100-person business.
The additional 70-person headcount comes from specialist consultancies Blended Digital, New Republique and Venntifact, all joining Deloitte Digital which has doubled its size since 2018.
Commercial terms with the acquisitions haven’t been revealed.

Deloitte Digital was recently announced partner of the year for Adobe and Sitecore, as well as being implementation partner of the year for Salesforce. The addition of the three new teams will significantly increase the technological depth across these and emerging marketing technologies. The New Republique team will also bolsters the firm’s behavioural and data-driven design capacity.
