Digital Account Manager Role
As Account Manager, your role is crucial liaising with clients, with your colleagues and serving as a conduit between the two. You’ll strive to build great, authentic relationships that play a key part in contributing to client and HoneyBadger growth. You’ve got an appetite to learn about each client’s industry, customers and business goals. You eat attention to detail for breakfast, can prioritise workflows and your communication skills are out-of-the-ballpark! You can manage day-to-day projects, and you love to problem-solve. You’re not afraid to ask questions to learn, and you go to colleagues to seek answers before the client makes any enquiries. You’re one step ahead. You understand the concept of white-label agency work and can manage its inherent nuances.
