Mitt Romney (R-UT), Richard Burr (R-NC), Tim Scott (R-SC), and Thom Tillis (R-NC), in a statement in support of the bill, which would prevent President Joe Biden from canceling student loans by prohibiting the Departments of Education, Justice, and Treasury from taking any action to cancel or forgive eligible federal loans, in whole or in part.
