Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors signs autographs during warm ups prior to Game 3 of the 2022 NBA Finals against the Boston Celtics at TD Garden on June 8, 2022.
One Celtics fan took it to the next level Wednesday night, painting a white Derrick White jersey on his very pale skin. ABC cameras captured the extremely Boston individual early in Game 3, topless and exhorting his fellow fans while holding a beer.

Celtics fans were in championship form Wednesday — by their standards, anyway  — fueling the home team to a scorching hot start against the Golden State Warriors. “F—k you Draymond” and “Draymond sucks” chants rang out repeatedly, as Boston’s Public Enemy No. 1 was booed on nearly every touch. (Celtics fans have spent the lengthy breaks between games convincing themselves that Green is an international war criminal for his propensity to set moving screens and work the refs.)
If the Wahlbergs had a cologne it would smell like this photo.
Another white-on-white Celtics fan was grabbing attention Wednesday night. A bald man in a shamrock jacket and massive green Celtics chain repeatedly pointed at opponents and earned camera time. He’s apparently been doing the pointing move for at least this playoff run, and has attended home Celtics game for years.
TD Garden rules do not require shirts, or good sense.
The Celtics opened up an early Game 3 lead as large as 18 points, largely thanks to 22 points from Jaylen Brown, but the Warriors cut the lead to single digits thanks to hot shooting from Steph Curry.
